We are of the opinion that prima facie the provisions of the relevant Act, namely, the Air Pollution Control Act have been complied with and there is no conduct which is attributable to respondent No. 3 herein leading to pollution of air or ecological imbalances calling for interference by this Court.· Article 32 is a great and salutary safeguard for preservation of r ~undamental rights of the citizens.
