What the Court ordered
We are of the view that if the Services Tribunal is to continue, it is necessary that the State of Uttar Pradesh should plan out immediately diversification of the location of the Benches for the Tribunal so that service disputes from all over the G State are not required to be filed only at Lucknow and on account of a single tribunal disputes would not pile up without disposal.
