In view of the foregoing discussion it would not have been necessary of the weapons pursuant to the statements of three of the appellants but since appellant Darshan Singh also stands convicted for having been found in possession of a country made pistol on November 12,1986, it will be necessary to refer to and reappraise the evidence in respect of such recovery.
