What the Court ordered
For the foregoing reasons we have no hesitation in holding that the agreement was reasonable and valid and it was not determined with the disconnection of supply to the respondent firm by the Board Ii' on 28th September, 1981 but only accordingly to the stipulations in clause 9(b) of the agreement as discussed above.
