Indian Contract Act 1872: Sections 202, 205 and 221-Agent receiving property on behalf of Principal-Bound to keep it separate from that of others-Revocation of agency by Principal Right of agent. The appellant-company is engaged in the business of transport of goods and parcels in Southern India and for that purpose has appointed agents at various stations.
