What the Court ordered
We hold that the view of the evidence taken by the High Court is erroneous and that it misled itself in coming to the conclusion that the quilt of A-2 and A-6 was not established; we are of the view that prosecution has proved the quilt of the accused beyond any reasonable doubt.
