Before parting with the case, we wish to mention that we impres sed upon Shri Somnath Chatterjee, learned counsel for respondent E no. 14 that the grant of a fully airconditioned underground market on a premium of Rs.30 lakhs and a rent of Rs.40,000 per month which was revisable at the end of every 30 years has to be altered.
