Constitution of India, Article 30: Minority educatimlul insti tution-Regulations can be made for ensuring fair procedure ilt maltets of disciplinary action. Sub-section (4) of s. 8 of the Delhi School Education Act, 1973 interdicts the management of a recognised private school from suspend ing lilly of its employees except with the prior approval of the Director of Education.
