These three appeals arise out of one and the same Sessions Trial being Sessions Trial No. 26 of 1984 where in appellant - Jai Bhagwan stood charged under Section 302 I.P. . and the two other appellants were charged under Sections 302/34 I.P. ., alternatively under Sections 302/114 I.P. .
