What the Court ordered
We are of the view that the court need not insist on security or cash deposit or bank guarantee and it should be enough if a bond is taken from the recognised placement agency which is F processing the application and. such recognised placement agency may in its tum take a corresponding bond from t'.le sponsoring social or child welfare agency in the foreign country.
