What the Court ordered

We hold that the failure to do so amounted to non-compliance of sub-s. (3) of s.81 inasmuch as the photograph of the fancy banner was an integral part of the election petition and therefore the election petition must be dismissed summarily under sub-s. (1) of s.86 of the Representation H of the People Act, 1951.
