National Security Act, 1980-Section 3(2) read with s. 3(3)-Detenlion 'order not containing particulars of which of the specified supplies and services ajfected-Va/id. The respondent challenged the order of his detCntion under the National Security Act on the ground that since the detaining authority did not specify. in the order of detention as to which particular supplies and services he ha~ i.i:J. mind while making it, the order of detentioa was vitiated. The High Court set aside the order of detention. In appeal it wa·s submitted that it would. be impossible for the detaining autq.ority
