Constitution of India, Article 32-No material furnished for justifying the reduction of the death sentence-Dismissed. The petitioner, alongwlth ar.other accused was convicted by the Additional Session Judge for the murder of two young children and sentenced to death. Their conviction and sentence were confirmed by the High Court. The Special Leave Petitions filed by them against their conviction and sentence were dismissed by this Court. By this Writ Petition the petitioner asked for re-appraisal of his case and reconsideration of the death sentence imposed upon him, Dismissing the ~Writ
