This bunch of matters comprising a Civil Appeal and a few writ petitions under Article 32 of the Constitution. have a common. aim and therefore can conveniently be disposed of by a common order. Necessary facts can be gathered from the Civil Appeal focussing the issue. 2. The appellants are members of the U.P. Civil Service (Judicial Branch) "Nyayik Sewa".
