We are of the view that the impugned order suffers from errors of law patent on the face of the record, and in any event this was not a case which should have been dismissed by the High Court in limine. · The appeal is accordingly allowed and the order of the University dated June 26, 1973, is hereby quashed by a writ of certjorari.
