What the Court ordered
We hold that the first respondent Murli Prasad is not entitled solely to the whole of the compensation money, but that all those whose names appear in the partnership deed of August 31, 1950, or the legal repre sentatives or assignees of such of them who are dead, arc otherwise entitled to share the compensation money in proportion to their respec tive shares as specified in the said document.
