Held as under : ( 1) That the appellant was adopted according to the custom of the family. (2) That there was only one type of customary adoption and the same was known as "Goda Datta" or shortly as "Goda". ( 3) That adoption of the type of Goda Datta was revoc· able unilaterally by either of the parties and that SillCh a revocation was in fact made by the respondent.
