What the Court ordered
For the foregoing reasons we give the following answers :- !. Only such perscins who are elected members of both Houses of Parliament and the Legislative Assemblies of the States on the date of the election to fill the vacancy caused by the expiration of the term of office of the President will be entitled to cast their votes at the election.
