We are of the view that even if the claim of tJ:e company for rehabilitation is rejected completely, still on the basis of the figures worked out in the above charts, after taking into account the rebate in Income-tax that will be received by the company, the work­ men have been paid bqnus at a rate which has been a~epted a& correct by this Court and as such they cannot have any grievance.
