We hold that the Tribunal was not bound by the rates uf minimum wages fixed by the Government under section 3 of the Act. and that i_t was open to the Tribunal to fix rates of minimum wages to be paid to the workmen concerned in the disputes at figures higher than those fixed by the Government.
