We hold that an endowment had been created in respect 01 .1 right to receive out of the income of the properties a sum of Rs. 1,590-00 only, leaving it to the proprietors who were the owners of the properties and were en titled to their management, in the exercise of their honest dis cretion to increase or decrease the amounts slightly as they thought E the occasion required.
