What the Court ordered

We are of the view that s. 152 of the Indian Companies Act, 1913, and s. 389 of the Indian Companies Act, I of 1956, were intended to provide that all arbitrations to which a company is a party shall be conducted in accordance with the provisions of the Indian Arbitration Act, X of 1940.
