Industrial Dispute-Gratuity-Scheme framed by Tribunal Validity-The Industrial Disputes Act, r947 (q of 1947), s. r2(5). The Industrial Tribunal, on a reference under s. 12 of the Industrial Disputes Act, 1947. framed a gratuity scheme for the appellant company.
