What the Court ordered
For the reasons stated above and in view of the conduct of the Advocate seen in the light of the sur rounding circumstances we are clearly of opinion that the Advocate should, by reason of his having indulged in conduct unworthy of a member of the honourable profession to which he belongs, be suspended from practice for some time.
