What the Court ordered
In view of the above observation by the learned Judges and having regard to the evidence of P.W. 18, who, though he did not speak of these peculiar fea tures, has categorically said that he had never seen such a knife before, there is no reason to disagree with the finding of the High Court that the find of this knife near the dead body is a strong circumstance against the appellant.
